Don't bother with the online portal. I got 2 late fees when autopay stopped. Portal then blocked my other card and my husband's (and fraud warning) but for some reason they were able to run the original card without issue insecurely over the phone. On top of that, I was out of service for the weekend and they cut the water off without warning, wouldn't accept my emails or the fact that his phone number is the billing number and he had to wait for me to come home and call them. I do not trust their data security practices and cannot wait to cancel permanently. Not to mention they added cost for the entire time they had cut the service.

Sent a time-sensitive request to an individual who provided her email address. Four days later, after the water was turned off, called to city to find that individual had been out of the office. The very simple and standard "out of office" message would have been extremely helpful as I would have immediately called the office to follow up. Now it's 4 days out and we're in a huge bind. Common sense and customer service - oh how I miss them!

I have read many of the negative reviews that have been posted for the utility department of Taylor. My review is to praise the awesome job Donna (city utility employee) did for me!!! I had been calling & calling about replacing a beat up trash can for a new trash can. My goodness, it was like asking for a blood transfusion!! Donna made it happen!!! She did everything in her power to satisfy me, the customer, as it should be. I FINALLY got a new trash can TODAY!!! Kudos to Donna…a million thank you’s! Donna was great help!!

Absolutely great service! I called to get my kitchen sink pipe fixed and they had someone out the same day. Noah was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me multiple options and feedback on what needed to get repaired. He did a great job and the job was done faster than I expected.

It was our pleasure to have Carlos out to our home to rule out a natural gas leak. Thankfully, there was no leak!! Carlos is so very professional, explaining everything in detail before any work had begun. He answered all of our questions as well. He cleaned up everything before he left. I had a hot water leak under my slab. Plumbing Outfitters diagnosed the issue and resolved it in a timely manner. The entire staff from beginning to end were professional and courteous. Lauren was my first point of contact-she was patient and courteous in hearing and understanding my need. The technicians, Melvin Haddix and Matthew were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful during the entire process. Melvin throughly explained the issue and the process he would use to resolve it. Even when they discover there was an additional leak in a short line running from my hot water heater to my washing machine. Melvin and Matt fix the leak all while remaining calm and confident. Not only were the leaky pipes repaired/rerouted promptly, but it was also done in a cost effective manner. I spoke to several plumbers regarding the hot water leak however I chose Plumbing Outfitters because they were confident in resolving the issue and their price was reasonable. I recommend Plumbing Outfitters for your plumbing needs.

Had a last minute emergency and needed water softener and called this company on a whim. They arrived rather quickly and were very professional and assured me they would have my water softener problem fixed in no time. They were quick, efficient, and made sure to tell me what the problem was and how to prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend.

Chris is honest, trustworthy and true to his word. He came out quickly when we had an emergency repair - he worked hard to get our plumbing roughed-in prior to slab. Would recommend him to others needing plumbing work. We will have him back to do our top out soon.

Chris came by on very short notice after my son broke the toilet bowl in our downstairs bathroom. He was able to help me pick out a replacement toilet and install quickly! It was a complete savior as we had a sitter coming that night and didn’t want to inconvenience her with having to take the kids upstairs all nite. Chris is beyond phenomenal, he came out Sunday evening for an emergency water heater that started leaking out of no where. He came back the next day and installed a new heater along with a faucet i needed installed. The pipe to our kitchen sink busted during the winter storm. After it was determined that the city was not going to pay for the damages my mother began to obtain several quotes. Beyond wow more like beyond expensive or beyond a pain in the butt. I had a shower that no longer had decent pressure. Contacted this company as they were able to get someone out the same day probably because business is so slow, the plumber arrived late, was rude, and told me to leave him alone while he worked in MY shower. After 10 minutes he told me the entire piping and valve in the shower needed replaced and the quote which was nearly 5,000 dollars was a additional charge on top of 75$ of just him showing up. I denied the quote and found a independent licensed and insured plumber who determined just a 75$ part needed replace and it was 200$ in total for the repair. Company's like these are the exact reason trade Company's have a bad rap, they take advantage of people, lie and extort their customers. Im happy we have independent contractors like the second gentleman i hired hopefully people start to learn thats a better option. I also found out that this company rebranded and used to be called S&D plumbing who had a extremely bad reputation in my area for overcharging and under preforming

We had S&D replace our two water heaters with a tankless system and were having issues with hot water getting to various points in the house. I spoke to their Field Manager about the issues and they promptly sent out a Technician who fixed the issues and tuned the system to our needs. S&D Plumbing is a very professional group of folks that I'd recommend to anyone for their plumbing needs.

They replaced incoming, corroded pipe to give me great water pressure few years ago so I thought I found my go to plumber. $1,800 to replace leaking pipes in shower! Ok. Their plumber did an ok job. Said he would send his "crew" to finish trimming up, included in the price. Not a word since. After a $20 tip! I have large projects coming up including complete installation of large new home. Looking for a new plumber.
